What are the return conditions?

The return period is 14 days from the date you receive the product.

Specially produced items, hair accessories, swimsuits, party accessories, hats and socks cannot be returned.

Products that have been used, worn, washed, or whose packaging has been damaged are not eligible for return. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.

How can I return the products I purchased?

Our fundamental principle is that you are happy with your purchase from Lemabelle.com. If you would like to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.

  • You can return your product within 14 days from the moment you receive it .
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unworn, unlabeled, unused, unwashed, and resalable .
  • You can make your return from the "My Orders" page. Once your return request is created, a return printout will be generated for you. Simply paste the resulting file onto your return shipment and submit it to SÜRAT KARGO free of charge. Packages delivered to SÜRAT KARGO are delivered to us within 1-5 business days on average.
  • After your return package reaches us, the compliance of the products with the return conditions is checked and refunds for accepted return requests are transferred to the bank within 1-3 business days.
  • Your refund will be processed by your bank to your payment method in the same way you paid (installment purchases will be refunded in installments). The speed of this process depends entirely on your bank's internal processes. If you paid via cash on delivery or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the IBAN number you provide us within 1-3 business days.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a fee.

Do I pay the shipping costs for returns?

You can send your orders to us FREE OF CHARGE with the selected cargo company (Sürat Kargo) on behalf of Le Mabelle.

When will I be refunded for the product I returned/canceled?

The return process is completed within 2-5 business days from the date we receive the returned product (if the product complies with the return conditions).

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a product in a different size or color, you must place a new order.

When will my order arrive?

For products shipped by the Le Mabelle warehouse, the shipping time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times for our partner brands (by brand) are specified in the product description.

Where is my cargo?

When your order is delivered to cargo, you will receive an information email, and you will then continue to receive information regarding the process via SMS and e-mail.

Does your company deliver cargo on public holidays?

Cargo delivery is not made on public holidays.

My product was defective after delivery, what should I do?

All products we offer undergo quality control by the relevant department before being packaged for shipment. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective/wrongly delivered, please contact our customer representatives via our WhatsApp support line at 05454071970 and provide product images. After sharing detailed photos of the product with our customer representative, they will explain the necessary steps to follow. Once these steps are completed, the product will be reshipped to you or the product price will be refunded.

If I cancel or return an order that I used for the campaign, will the campaign be cancelled?

If the campaign conditions are still met despite the cancellation or refund, the campaign will not be cancelled.

If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign terms, the campaign will be canceled. The refund will be issued minus the campaign discount.

Example:

If the orders placed with the free shipping campaign are cancelled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee will be deducted from the price of the product to be returned.
